1. Who can use AimTemple

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and pay for your plan. One account per person; do not share your login or AimTemple desktop upload key.

2. What you get

AimTemple provides aim-training guidance: an automated Score Bot, analysis of the scores you submit, and replies and plans from a human coach. Plans: Monthly ($49 per month), 3 Months ($99 every 3 months) and Yearly ($299 per year), in US dollars; the price shown at checkout applies. Coach replies are not instant; we aim to reply within [X business days]. We do not guarantee any improvement in your aim or rank.

3. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Access starts after payment is confirmed (usually within seconds).
Monthly, 3 Months and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Earlier one-time Session purchases keep their original length.
Refunds: [DECIDE your policy, e.g. refund within 7 days if you have not received a coach reply]. If you live in the EU/UK you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; by starting to use the service you may lose it once it has been fully provided.

3a. Points and cosmetics

The desktop app awards points for training activity (for example daily challenges, streaks and new personal bests). Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not property. You can spend them only on in-app cosmetics (avatar parts, name flair, themes, share cards), streak freezes, challenge picks, and limited membership-day rewards described in the app. We may adjust earning rates, prices and items, and we may remove points earned through bugs, duplicate or manipulated score uploads, or other abuse. Points and unlocked items end when your account is deleted.

4. Health and safety

AimTemple is not medical advice. Aim training is repetitive. Take short breaks, keep sessions to a sensible length, and stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or cramping. If it continues, see a doctor or physiotherapist. You train at your own risk.

5. AimTemple desktop app (Windows)

The AimTemple desktop app is provided “as is”. It is not yet code-signed, so Windows may warn you when you run it. On your PC it can read local KovaaK’s stats files (scenario name, score, accuracy, kills, time-to-kill, damage, time played) from the KovaaK’s stats folder and upload those scores to your AimTemple account. You can start or stop sync in Settings, uninstall using the steps on the Members page, and revoke upload keys by asking us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload fake or modified scores, attempt to access other members’ data, abuse or harass coaches, resell or share coaching content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Third parties

AimTemple is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games, Fortnite, KovaaK’s, Voltaic, or Valve/Steam. Those names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe training context and compatible scenarios or software. AimTemple does not use Epic Games or Fortnite logos.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AimTemple is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the service; we will tell you about material changes. You can stop using AimTemple at any time. We may end access for breach of these terms. [GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY] law applies.
